I wouldlike to think they do. But Priests are just people, so it is their job to teach the word of God. If they are really good priests (which there are some still out there). Then of course they will believe in God and be close to Him and be able to teach His teachings in a much better way.

But some priests will and have strayed... like I said they are human, not super human, they make mistakes. Some priests are not close to God, and may very well not have enough faith in Him, to truely believe in Him.

Since the object of being a priest is to give up his family and friends and go to some other city or even another country and preach the word of God, I would hope so.. but a few decades ago, the rules were basically thrown out the window(60s & 70s), not as much psychological testing was done. Many men hid within the priesthood to avoid life, obligations and didn't become good priests. Which gives the good ones a bad name. We need to pray for vocations.

But I think that yes all priests believe in God, some I am sure have there struggles with faith just like the rest of the world, and may give up on there calling, but yes you dont go in to be a priest unless you have faith that there is a god...

All other I assume they believe in God, cause they offer themselves to God.
