I'm going on an interview friday and i know one of this company's interview questions are "What is your biggest flaw" .. What are some appropriate answers? I don't want it to sound too cheesy.. but I'm totally at a loss!

The best way to handle that question is to simply tell them something that is a flaw or weakness but is totally unrelated to the job being applied for. Next be sure to mention how you are working to resolve the weakness. That is very important because it shows the interviewer that you are doing something about it.

Don't answer with something like "I'm a workaholic" or "I push myself too hard." It sounds canned and they can actually be serious flaws to an interviewer. Balance is very important to employers.

Actually have a think about what your flaws are and then work out a positive way to say it. The is no point just doing the eighties things of 'i'm a perfectionist' or something, actually tell the truth!!!!

I make a joke I say that my face could use sme plastic surgery and they laugh and get off track. Then I say I am obsessed with quality and will reexamine all my flaws and mistake to make my work perfect.
