I would say just wait it out. Last year, I did a research paper on the effects of Caffiene and it sounds like you are having withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms should lessen in a few days. Just be patient and wait it out. It will be worth it in the end.

Many people experience withdrawal symptoms when cutting back on caffeine. Everyone's symptoms are different, but anxiety sounds likely. I suppose they can be extreme for some people. You're probably cutting down on sugar at the same time. If, as a result, your blood sugar is a lot lower than you're used to, then you could be experiencing symptoms of low blood sugar, which could also make you feel anxious.

I take Hydroxy tablets which are amazing but i think they have a little bit of caffeine in it, But really i think after a while your body will get used to not having it, but for now just get plenty of rest, eat well and exercise and you end up feeling better now and later.

Will power...
Most people forget they have the ability to "energize" themselves with sheer "will power..."
And what helps "will power?"
Hard core rock music...(or whatever "energizing music" you like to listen to...)
First thing I do to get "energized" without coffee, is...
Pump up the volume, baby...on some good "Woo Yaw!" music...(really kicks in the natural "adrenal glands" in everyone...)
If you get up early in the morning...your neighbors might not appreciate that, but...
They probably need to get up offa' "dat thang," too...
(I bet you forgot all about music, didn't you?!?)
Bad girl!
Get back in the music groove, girl...
You don't need anything more than your own "will power..."
And some music motivation, baby...Woo Yaw!

HAHA,
Caffeine is a drug, likely you are having withdrawals.
You could try instead of going cold-turkey, slowly cutting back.
Also, you could try eating ( good stuff like fruit ), metabolizing food helps to increase energy
Simple carbohydrates are best for instant energy
BUT dont change one addiction to another, in any case. nobody wants you obese ;-)
