In my most humble opinion, people are born evil. Leave a child to his own devices with no discipline and see what you get. Humans can be the most dangerous predators on earth or the most loving and caring creatures there are.

Everyone is, naturally selfish and violent. All of the higher graces must be learned. We teach children to love, to share, to care, to be sympathetic, empathetic. There are examples of humans who do not have these characteristics such as serial killers. Serial killers are an example of the evil that is inherent in man with none of the checks and balances working.

We are a little evil, we work at being good. We work at being right. We seek a higher level of being.

Merry Christmas!

"save ourselve to defend ourselve"

Doesn't make any sense. What is an ourselve? You mean ourself?

"a little evil in order to be good?"

No.

"what good does it gets dont you think it cause people to hate you?"

I think an English lesson might be in order.

"but i thought god doesnt like evil, but then why evil people stil stand strong?"

Every heard of punctuation?

I don't think it takes evil to be good in anyway.
But......
We do have a right to defend ourselves.
It says in Matt.
I send you out as sheep among the wolves. Therefore be as wise as a serpent, and as gentle as a dove.

There is much evil in the world. It is very hard to be nice and kind sometimes. We must protect ourselves.

It's not true. It's not about being evil, its about being smart. Very good and naive people end up getting screwed because they trust the world so much..but hey, you dont need to be evil! just have your eyes opened!

I think you are taking yourself in unnecessary circles. sometimes things look bad when they are good and sometimes they look good when they are bad. The bottom line is... you need to be in sync with Christ and build a relationship strong enough between the two of you that you know which way to go and what to do. then, it doesn't matter how anything appears to anyone, you have God's approval and that's all that really matters.

Words have great power for good and evil, also a feeling of amazement.

We already have the evil with in us and most times its controlled, same with the good, they both wrestle with each other trying to take control.
