you blowed all night long and you can not breath and eyes hurt and feel like $hit? so what good things can i do to help don't want to go to doctor i no it will pass soon but, any good ideals please let me no it...thanks a very sick lady.......

Airborne, you know the one made by the school teachers. I will swear by it. The sooner you start to getting sick the faster it works. My daughter also uses it and makes sure it is in the house , you know just in case. Hot lemonade sweetened to your taste, better than coffee when you have a cold. So take a aspirin drink, drink , and rest.

I would assume you are referring to cold symptoms. Hopefully, you have taken some tylenol or ibuprofen on a regular basis - this will make you feel better. There are decongestant nose sprays (such as Afrin) that will open your nasal passages for a while. Rest, drink plenty of fluids. If this is a cold, it will be done in 5 - 10 days.
