Should I have said WORSE? Now that I look at it I think I spelled it wrong? Oh well? LOL

My male Saint has a wonderful head. I think he is beautiful. His ability to shake the whole house when he barks can get on my nerves.

My Border Collie's best quality is her working drive! Nothing beats that intensity she has when we're training.

Her worst quality is that obsessive behavior, which is quite normal for BCs. Shadows, flashlight beams, you name it... if it moves, she fixates on it!

With the labs their best quality is that they are so friendly. They absolutely love everyone.

Their worst quality is for all 4 is the shedding. I absolutely detest the amount of hair these dogs shed. I vaccum what seems to be an entire dog a day. It's really quite amazing.

With the cocker basset mix her best quality is her personality. She's so sassy. I love it that she's the one who is fearless and in charge of all 4 of the labs. Such a small dog who really thinks she's as big as they are and they believe it too.

Her worst quality - her bark. She has one volume. LOUD. It's horrible. And she uses it - often.

For my Tibbie - his best trait is that he follows me everywhere, unfortunantly this is also his worst because he cannot stand to let me go in a room by myself (which means that I have a constant companion for showers - he just curls up on the floor and goes to sleep while I take a shower, but will scratch at the door and bark if he doesn't come in with me)

For my newf/saint - his best is that he is so damned sweet and lazy, his worst is that he's still a puppy and has his little puppy issues that we are working on, like nipping. He also whines when he wants to go to sleep (or eat, or play, or go out, or drink). But he is one of the most lovable dogs I've ever had!

You spelled it correctly. Bad - worse - worst. Good - better - best.

My male's best qualities are intelligence, and self-confidence, if that's a proper term for a dog. His worst is his wanting to jump up on people he meets. My female's best qualities are her more demonstrative nature around home, her worst is her shyness in strange situations or around strangers.

Edit: I think both my dogs are beautiful. In terms of conformation, the female is a little better than the male.

"Worst" is correct in the context you used it.

I don't presently have a dog, but the last one I had was an oversized sheltie that I adored.

Best quality: loving and gentle
Worst quality: hated riding in the car (would whine and bark the whole time)

Bailey's best quality if her eagerness to please (for a treat of course), which is also her worst quality... she is the most food motivated dog I have ever seen... she will literally do tricks while I am eating (she must think I will give her some =) )

Kahlua's worst quality is her attention span. She is 6 months and we are still working on it unfortunately. Her best quality is her independence. She is perfectly fine without humans near her, which surprised me.

So difficult, as qualities can overlap!

Wren is my first BC, and my agility dog

Best: her "biddability". A combo of her drive, enthusiasm, sensitivity and wanting to do with me, and to be "right"

Her worst: hmmmm....probably some of her best, to the extreme. Drive: at trials waiting "on deck" being totally focused on the prior dogs running: lying down, staring with that intense BC eye and quivering and quaking to the point I think she will self combust! Being too sensitive: spooked by new, odd things that shouldn't be where they are....worrying about people not liking her!

My dog's best quality: Everything. I love her for who she is.

My dog's worst quality: The only thing that bothers me is that she is difficult to brush. She nips and cowers when anyone approaches her with a brush, but we're working on that.

I'm guess I'm good at ignoring the fact that she climbs all over me and licks my face, bats at my hands, nips at my head, while I'm on the computer in an attempt to make me pay attention to her.

Best for my cocker - She's always happy (wags her tail & butt all the time)
Worst - she plays very loudly...if I'm having a conversation either on the phone or when having a friend over, we have to leave the room...we can't hear a thing over her loud play growling!

Best for my dachshund - She is so sweet and loving
Wost - She will still poop in the house...even when she's been out (grrrr) I think she gets too busy outside chasing squirrels, she forgets! (she's getting much better as she matures, though)

My dogs are both amazing, they are the best. I can't think of a best or a worst quality for either of them. They are far from perfect, but I can't think of anything I'd want to change about them.

This is just my opinion. My dogs worse quality is that they shed none stop. Their best quality is that they are loveable and great fun. Very happy and a joy to have. I put up with the shedding because I love the dogs.
I did my homework before I got my breed and knew it would shed.
