It's safe...I wouldn't wait like a week to eat it...one or two days tops...make sure you heat it as well. Also, it won't taste nearly as good the second go around...just like any leftover.

Yes. Of course. I always make left over fish and eat it the very next day. I'm the only person who eats fish in my home so this is why there is always leftovers. I have never gotten sick from it. I always wash my hands before handling food, wash the food and season and cook until it's almost well done.

So, if you did not get sick from it the first time, then it's safe to eat the next day.

Basic tips: Always use clean utensils and storage containers for safe storage. Divide large amounts of leftovers into small, shallow containers for quick cooling in the refrigerator. For frozen storage, wrap fish in heavy foil, freezer wrap or place in freezer container. For optimum taste, use fish within a month. When reheating leftovers, make sure that they have been cooked to 165 °F. If you may have kept the food refrigerated for too long, throw it out. Never taste food that looks or smells strange to see if you can still use it.

Only if it's the next day. Fish, in particular oily fish like salmon, tend to deteriorate quite quickly, and are best eaten at the time of cooking. But if you eat it tomorrow it's ok as long as you only cooked it today.

Will keep a little longer than raw salmon. I would defiantly eat it within 2 days. Make sure before you reheat it that it was cooked thoroughly and is flaky when you put a fork in it. Heat until hot, not just warm. If it is to old will probably smell very fishy (off).
