The most comfortable shoes I have found are Born and Merrell. They are great! Go to a store and try them on. Once you do you will love how they feel. They are kind of pricey but well worth it for the comfort.

No shoes will really help that much but perhaps very thick sneakers. I would also suggest that you get a very very thick rubber mat to stand on. You may not feel it bad now but when you get older you may have trouble with your knees and legs. You should perhaps check with the Health & safety department of your company to see if this can be supplied by the company as standing on concrete is really a health hazard. Good luck

Teva makes Very Comfortable Shoes. Most of their styles are for sports and running, but the Ventura clog and slingback are streetwear. Not the height of fashion, but a Very Comfortable Shoe. I get heel pain and aching in the ball of my foot from hard floors, but these cork wrapped soles literally keep a bounce in my step all day.

On Amazon go to

Apparel › Shoes › Dansko

My daughter has done some waitressing and she sold me on these Danskos. One time I dropped an axle rod from a garden cart I was putting together onto my toe. The Danskos she got me were the only shoes I could wear for a couple of weeks. They're wonderful.

If youre standing in the same spot, how about putting down a rubber floor mat first?

Budd mentioned Zcoils. they do look weird, but you can get heel covers so they look like regular shoes.

They are a bit $$$ but are so worth it!
