Remember to take time out of every day to recharge your spiritual stores in whatever way works best for you. For me this is an hour in :Eucharistic Adoration although this morning I found a special recharging moment in a hug from a gentle elderly lady at the nursing home where I work. God comes to us many times where we are.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

I get in as much rosary as I can on my way to work. I went to a Dominican 3rd order meeting Sunday afternoon with my wife for the first time. I keep thinking about it. Support by people so devoted seems to really give me spiritual lift. I hope to improve my mornings soon.

I feel good this morning, thanks.
In my religion, connections can be made with the Gods through almost any activity. So in the right frame of mind, simply taking care of my birds or cooking breakfast can remind me of the Gods and of our relationship to each other. More formally, I pour a libation to a Goddess I'm particularly close to every morning. It's a small and simple act which allows me to show honor and feel inspired on a daily basis.

I pray each and every day. First, I thank God for LIFE and all of the additional blessings that go along with it all. A smile, a handshake, a lovely thought or a helpful hand, is worth so much to others. It can be very uplifting and bring others out of "depression." I appreciate God's placement in my life, each and every day. I wish you well.

I try to get as much proper rest as possible, because without it, I might sin in a sense where I'll be wrongly grumpy to people I know personally.

I also been praying when I wake up, or shortly after.

Answering questions on here to receive inspiration that way. You, Sisterzeal, Semper, other people as well, are of true inspiration, and sometimes there will be a question on here that challenges me and gets me thinking in a positive sense.
And Pangel's always offereing ((((((HUGS))))).

I also have a few favorite Bible verses.

ok, first of all, there is no longer something incorrect with being insulted. Being insulted is an opinion subject & all of us have the final to an opinion. Reporting all of that seems a splash skinny skinned. For the bonus question: discovering to locate greater to document sounds obsessive. If this section is purely too puzzling for specific human beings's sensibilities, they ought to no longer come right here interior the 1st place.

I usually read a Bible text and meditate upon it while having my coffee or preparing breakfast. I consider the verse from several different angles. For example this morning The text was Psalm 65:4
"Happy is the one you choose and cause to approach,
That he may reside in your courtyards.
We will certainly be satisfied with the goodness of your house, The holy place of your temple."
In harmony with John 6:65, I think about how grateful I am that God caused me to approach and that I am a part of his worldwide organization of true Christians. I think about others whom he has caused to approach also. If the Sovereign of the universe saw something so wonderful in them that he invited them into his "courtyards", then who am I to only see negative qualities in them? I try to see them as Jehovah God sees them, as worthy individuals who have positive things to contribute to his organization. I will be especially mindful of doing this today and pray that Jehovah remind me of this at times when I may feel or react negatively toward my Christian brother or sister. I pray also for his guidance and blessing as I go through the day.

Protonix, Synthroid and Lexapro. An hour later, I'm allowed to have Community Dark Roast coffee from Baton Rouge. Nice ritual.

My spirit still doesn't exist (just checked), so I'm good to go. I need coffee, about 30 minutes of quiet waking-up time, and a smoke.
