If climate scientists predicted temperatures would rise by 1.2345°C and they rose by 1.2344°C they would be accused by the skeptics and deniers of having got it wrong, fabricating the evidence, using unreliable models, not knowing what they're talking about etc.
The correlation between modelled changes and observed ones is actually quite a good one and falls within a range of just a few percent for much of the time. The modern models are infinitely more sophisticated thanks to the advances in technology, computer power and a better understanding of the climate. They will never be perfect because there are a large number of unpredictable variables which affect the climate, but they do provide a guide as to future changes - this is all that anyone has ever claimed they do.
Let's liken it to an everyday scenario - the rush hour. We know that during the rush hour there will be more traffic using the roads, we can make inforrmed estimates as to the number of vehicles per hour but can never predict with absolute accuracy just how many vehicles there will be. The argument of some skeptics goes that - by not being able to predict the exact number of vehicles there is no such thing as the rush hour.
What you will also find is that scientists tend to err on the side of caution, sometimes not through choice. Where a range applies to a future prediction then the published data tends to use values from the lower end of the range, often at the behest of politicians and most notably the Bush Administration which has repeatedly taken the lowest possible values rather than use realistic ones and 'water down' the scientific reports. It's for this reason that temperatures are rising faster then previously predicted, the ice is retreating faster, levels of greenhouse gases are increasing faster etc etc.

I am really impressed, that´s a lot of scientists!
No seriously you don´t even have the link to their web site which I review, is empty, has no study published, no numbers and has a politically motivated conclusion.

Why are more scientists using science ?
perhaps because they are SCIENTISTS !
Which models? which observations? many observations show that climate change is progressing faster than the models predict. A model is jsut that - it is never
scientists are not interested in ex-US politicians; why are you? look at the science not the celebrity/advertising/marketing of big oil global corps.

I believe that there are people in the US who had a hidden agenda to challenge the facts about Global Warning so that the US government doesn't have to do anything about it.
One of the best way to close your mind is to insult those you oppose and not to present arguments
I notice that the questioner doesn't give a reference.

Be nice, why do you believe Exxon's CEO before you do thousands of independent scientists? I think it's because you have an agenda and political motivation for your beliefs, and don't want real science interfering with it.
When you grow up, if you finish school, at any rate, you may realize how foolish things like this which you posted as a kid really were.
