What is happening to our Justice system is it not a joke when things like this happen ?
It's been the hot topic on talk back radio all day , read the link you will shake you head in disbelief.

I personaly think we need God to step in and set things right.
In the mean time would not stoning these people be a good first step ? (at least they won't do it again)
What about a flogging of the Judge as well ?

Poppy the sad think as well is that poor little soul was taken away and given to a white family to raise , where she was safe and loved but some do good social workers took her back to her comumity where this latest attack happened because they decided it was wrong for whites to raise her.

Sherry , This poor little girl is an Aborignie , she as health problems due to her mothers heavy drinking whilst pregnent.
Sadly our native brothers in Australia have social problems (drinking and drugs) , we need to help them solve it asap.

It is astounding, since when do 7 year old or 10 year olds consent to being raped. The Judge, the Prosecutor and all three Child Protection workers should be getting locked up in a prison.

When I was growing up I know that 1 or 2 of my friends aged 8 to 12 were doing sex , it was not a big deal back then . I think the problem with this case is that you have young men involved aged 17 , 18 and 26 . Would have it made a difference if it was 10 Girls and 1 Boy being ‘ Raped’ ? Or is this a case of girls are more equal than boys ?
The story seems to indicate it was all pre arranged and the girl was not forced to attend but turned up to play sex with her friends ( again ) . It reminds me of a case where a slightly retarded girl was ‘Raped’ by 3 boys in her school and everyone tried to protect the girl and prosecute the boys ... until the Girl said she enjoyed it and wanted to do it again ... then the case collapsed .
Whilst I understand children need to be protected you will always get 1 or 2 boys and girls who will start their sexual experiences at a very young age. It would not surprise me if the girl tried to ‘ play ‘ with her friends again in the future .
The Bible never mentions underage sex , but we do know that in the time of Jesus very young girls were being married off to Princes and Kings as gifts of peace and nobody protested. Even the Muslim prophet Muhammad married a Very young girl when he was in his 50s.

Oh sure. Let's live according to a book written by a bunch of ignorant Bronze Age men.
Yeah...stoning and flogging. What century do you think this is, exactly? No wonder you guys can't deal with abiogenesis or evolution - it's that stupid old book, you've paid way too much attention to it and not enough attention to other books.
You could always move to a Muslim country - they're so backward they actually still do what you're suggesting.
Miscarriages of justice happen. In Australia, it is the state's responsibility to deal with it and appeal the sentences. That is what is being done - the system isn't perfect, but at least this has finally been caught and some remedies will be pursued on this girl's behalf.

That woman said it well ''System has clearly faild that little girl.''
I'm disgusted that anyone in their sanity would consider it as an innocent experiment or ''being naughty.'' That child was raped at the age of 7 too and now again - 3 years later. I don't think it ever occurred to her to ''be naughty'' in that sense after being raped once already.
I feel like throwing up really.
EDIT: I actually feel like stoning the officials who handled the case.

a 17 yr old, an 18 yr old, and a 26 year old, suspended sentences????? this is clearly statutory rape. the judge that gave that sentence should be hung by his... pinky toes and those boys should be in jail, at the very least.
where are the parents of this child???
the parents arent even mentioned here. why was the girl taken away from them? What part did they have in this, if any? This sex sick world makes me sick to my stomach.

I prefer the "burning barn treatment''..... my heart hurts for this little girl.... and I hope there is someone that will take this group of 'men' to task...and the judge?... there's little to be done with him other than to make sure he never judges again....... there MUST be justice here....

Waiting for God to do the action leaves men in idleness doing nothing about justice.

Unbelievable.
What a travesty, a miscarriage of justice!
And I think stoning, while appropriate in this case, would be too good for them.

Aren't those boys god's creation as well (this is where you mumble about original sin or free will and stuff), and is he not aware of everything that happens on this planet?
