Take her to Rockefeller Center, this time of year it is sooo much fun, just hop into any place to eat or you can go to the fancy schmancy restaurants there at the center that surround the rink.

Happy Anniversary!
Here's what I'd do.
"Valhalla Crossing is a quaint and charming restaurant located on the Taconic Parkway by the Kensico Dam right at the Valhalla Train Station. We have an extensive menu with large portions. Our Executive Chef is a Culinary Institute of America graduate who takes great pride in all of his creations.
Our restaurant ambiance is very unique. You can choose to dine in an antique Presidential train car, an authentic caboose, a charming main dining room, a beautiful handcrafted oak bar, or on the outdoor deck (in season)."

No, I don't manage the place! I used to go there when I was a kid, and I'd love to go back for a romantic dinner someday.
Good Luck!

While you still can...
Take her for a carriage ride in Central Park. It's not as expensive as you might think.
My wife and I are originally from NYC. We moved away over 30 years ago.
I asked my wife what she wanted to do for her ..uh... recent birthday. She said she had never been to the top of the Empire State Building, or on a carriage ride in Central Park.
We took Metro North into the Manhattan. We did both. It was one of her best birthdays ever.
