It is very easy to do, I have this problem with thin people when I look at thin people I feel disgusted. I cannot look at thin people because it makes me physically ill. I see them as lazy, smelly, stupid people. they blame it all on genetics which most the time isn't the cause for their weight problem! Ive never met a thin person who hasn't blamed their weight on genetics and its annoying! I don't know their medical history but when they have a fit family but they're the only bag of bones, then somethings not right! I want to get over my hatred for thin people because hatred makes me feel terrible! my sisters in law and mother in law are all under weight and I don't want my hatred to hinder me getting to know them better. my worst fear is to become even slightly out of my comfort weight zone you know? I know they are people too but it makes me sick to watch these thinnies walk into McDonald's or something and buy out the whole store! how do I get over this? I know that I have a screw or two loose and that I am just picking on thin people because they are disgusting but what the hell I have to moan about something.

Dude, seriously. You need therapy. I don't know what your mother did to you, but it was wrong. Normal people may not think overweight people are healthy, or they may feel badly for them, or even irritated with them to some small degree, but you have clearly crossed way over a normal reaction to something that isn't even relevant to who you are or what affects you directly.
I'm not obese, I don't have a medical condition, but I could lose a pound or two. My mother is very overweight; she is very clean, very intellectual and there is NOTHING lazy about her. In fact, she is 55 and works in a Nursing Home flipping patients all day. More physical work than what I would imagine most, including you, are able to do. Your thought process is off track.

You have to learn to love your self first. If you are able to love yourself and accept who you are. You would not be carrying such hatred toward others. Are you afraid of getting fat yourself? We are not perfect. Have you wonder what others think of you?
Stop wasting your energy on hating people that you don't even know. Take more time to look beyond the appearance of a person. They are as good people as you and I. God created us different and unique. I am sure you'll find some goodness in each and everyone of us. Could you imagine if we all look like barbie???

there are times i think the same thing. all they do half the time is shove junk in there mouth, and they put the blame on every thing else. some are not like that. my sis in law had a severe weight problem and ballooned up to four hundred pounds, tried every diet out there, didnt work, she went in for surgery, and now she is about 150 pounds. looks great.
