This is called nystagmus, it cause and the concern about it depends on the duration and cause. It can be physiological or even congenital. What did you actually want to know about it?

It's called optokinetic nystagmus. The sufferer cannot see the movement their eyes make, the brain sifts it out. Try googling for more information.

Can be from a large number of things... the spectrum literally varies from nothing at all up to a brain tumor. Best to see the kindly regular doctor and let him/her sort it out.

continous movement of the is nystagmus which is not an allergic problem, the cause can lie in the ear,eyes or is neurological.
