If I understood you correct...
Wine yeast contains wine grape. There are some white patina on the grape berries. That is wine yeast.
So you can't buy it in the supermarket

Wine yeast is a special strain of yeast cultured specifically for fermenting the residual sugars found in grape juice into alcohol. Do NOT use the same stuff you use to make bread.

You won't find it in supermarkets, so I advise ordering it on-line or directly through a home brew supply store in Australia. Here in the US, a good on-line store is Northern Brewer (www.northernbrewer.com). I believe they ship internationally, but with liquid yeast you don't want it to be in transit too long (unless it's dry yeast, then it will ship fine).

Try www.liquorcraft.com.au for Australia. They should be able to hook you up.

You could try bread yeast but your fermentation will most likely stall out since bread yeast isn't suited for high alcohol fermentations. Bread yeast is also the same strain as beer yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) so your wine may end up tasting a little ale or bread like.

Like somebody mentioned the actual grapes will carry natural yeasts and bacteria that will undoubtedly fully ferment your wine but you'll most likely end up with a sour fermentation from lactic acid bacteria or pedio strains.

Your best bet is to get an actual wine yeast culture. It will probably run you like $8 USD but it will yield by far the best results.

There's an Australian homebrew shop that should be able to help you. Ask them about getting wine yeast.

If you want wine that can be drunk by human beings, get a real wine yeast. You could go to the Winemaker magazine website and check their list of advertisers for suppliers but the cheapest way would be to find a local beer and wine homebrew shop near you.

DO NOT use bread yeast. Check out your local homebrew shop, or find one online. I'm not sure of any in AU, but I use http://www.midwestsupplies.com for all my shopping here in the states.
