Christians do not believe in other gods and if they do they have sinned. Thou shalt not put any other gods before me or something like that is the quote.
This does not mean to hate anyone who worships another religion. Christians actually are supposed to help others and teach others about Christ. The bible teaches Christians to be very patient.
However, there a part of the bible in the old testament which many religion still read that speaks of God forcing many different people to speak different languages because they were attempting to climb to the heavens. I personally believe since the bible is very symbolic then perhaps Jesus, Buddha and many others are the same person in different forms under God. However, that would be me trying to start a cult and I'm not ready for all that. So I'll just erase that last paragraph.

1 Corinthians 5:12
"For what have I to do with judging outsiders?"
In context, this verse shows that Christians are not supposed to judge other people outside the faith...God alone is judge.
The only other examples of patience towards other religions are the examples lived out by the earliest disciples. Paul, in speaking to everyone in Turkey, Macedonia, Greece, and Rome, did so in all humility, without judging and actually used some of their own philosophies to help explain Christianity.

The best you can do is probably 2Tim 2:24-25 (26?)
"And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome, but kindly to everyone, an apt teacher, forbearing, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant that they will repent and come to know the truth, (and they may escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.)"

the christian has publicly acknowledged that Jesus rose from the dead. if he truly believes in the resurrection, how can he be “open minded” concerning an unbeliever’s assertion that Jesus never rose again? for a christian to deny the clear teaching of God’s word would indeed be a betrayal of God.
however, a christian should exercise restraint and show respect. it is one thing to disagree with a position; it is quite another to disparage a person. we must hold fast to the truth while showing compassion to those who question truth. like Jesus, we must be full of grace and truth both
