If it is plural, you need the "s" at the end of "dingue"
--> "Vous êtes très dingues".

If it is not plural but courtesy form:
--> "Vous êtes très dingue" is correct.

If you're adressing several persons at the same time,

"Vous êtes très dingue."

would be OK. But if just adressing one person, the formal "vous êtes" would rankle with the informal "dingue". In that case, a polite version like

"Vous êtes tres drole."

or an informal version like

"T'es complètement dingue!"

would be better.

Vous êtes très dingue -tu es très dingue.
Vous êtes (tu es) complètement dingue is better.
