we were on the way to school and she said she's feeling dizzy then she went totally different, was slurring all her words, nearly fainted, and was stumbling about everywhere screaming that she needs a toilet. It was so sudden and like she was a different person completely. I had to take her home but i didnt know whether to call an ambulance or something she nearly ran out onto the road when we were crossing a carriage way. I was so scared i'm still shaking and i cant face going to school. It was seriously like she was on drugs or something but she was ok before that it came on really suddenly. Then when i was trying to open her front door she pooed herself because i smelt it. I ran home crying and my mum said she thinks she took drugs or drink but it cant have been because she was normal before! I'm so upset i cant think what happend- help me. We're 14 by the way.

It almost sounds as if she had a severe panic attack. Anxiety can prove to do many things to people, including what went on.I doubt seriously she did drugs.

Scary, but not epilepsy (I have first hand experience) Sudden onset doesn't sound like drugs, but could be the after effect of something.
Wondering and worrying about what it might have been won't help you, all you can do is wait until she has seen a doctor, and hope it's nothing serious.

Dear Confused - Whilst drugs are a possibility, it is not the only possibility. She may have been suffering a severe Gastro - Intestinal infection. If she is better now then stop worrying. Congratulate yourself for being there for her when she needed you most.

it could be drugs, some of them take a while to kick in. Or it could have been a medial problem, tell her to go to a doctor.

Maybe she has epilepsy? Scary for you though - you did the best thing taking her home.
