FOR EXAMPLE I TOLD MY MOM THAT I WAS TIRED OF BEING A MOM WHEN SHE IS AT WORK MY DAD JUST SITS AND PLAYS VIDEO GAMES I HAVE 3 LITTLE SISTERS AGES 10 AND TWINS THAT ARE 6 I HAVE TO MAKE DINNER GET BATHS GOING AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE GETS TO BED ON TIME OR I GET IN TROUBLE I DIDN'T HAVE THESE KIDS MY PARENTS DID I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THEM HE IS NOT ON DRUGS OR ALCOHOL HE'S JUST LAZY WHAT CAN I DO TO CONVINCE MY MOM TO LISTEN TO ME SHE ALWAYS JUST MAKES EXCUSES I TOLD MY FRIEND'S MOM AND SHE TALKED TO MY MOM FOR ME BUT SHE JUST MADE EXCUSES TO HER TOO HELP ME I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO BLOW UP INSIDE

Why don't you ask your mother to ask your sisters who makes dinner, gives baths, gets them to bed on time, etc.? And, what is dad doing all this time? Do you have grandparents or other adult that could stop by during this time to be witness to what you say? Maybe your mom would believe them.
