Operation Auca...missionaries to Ecuador. There were several others too, but five of them were killed there, considered martyrs. The other two killed with them were Ed Cully and Pete Fleming...Nate Saint and Jim Elliot are two separate people. The comma is missing so it looks like Nate's name is the whole thing.
