Hello,
(ANS) If you have the BT Home Hub doesn't it come with Anti Virus software included?? OK!! if it doesn't then yes! Its very important to have some kind of anti virus software.
I highly recommend FREE AVG 7.5 from Grisoft, I have been using this program for well over 12months and its excellent. It has all the same features of many costly packages like Norton, plus several extra features, it has free daily updates which again are free. Its saved my system several times over from nasty Internet born infections. So I can highly recommend this package to you 10 out of 10, you are unlikely to find a better program of this kind.
**FREE AVG has a small system foot print, meaning it wont slow your machine down.
You can download a copy here:- http://free.grisoft.com
Hope thats useful?
Kind Regards Ivan
computer veteran.

Of course! Home Hub offers NO antivirus protection at all. You also need a good firewall.
Try AVG from Grisoft - freeeeee and very good!

Get a registry checker and registry defragmenter as well. After 2 years of use, my registry had 700+ errors!
Once, I fixed all those errors and defragmented my registry, my Win XP booted up much, much faster.
Uniblue has a free registry scanner you can download =>http://www.ehowtoguru.com/goto/freeregistryscan/
