Either douze heures or minuit.
"Il faisait quel temps? (très mauvais)" means "What was the weather like? (very bad)"

If you say midnight, the 12 o'clock is unnecessary and redundant; most languages recognise that and would never dream of adding "12 o'clock" to midnight. It is fairly unusual to add it even in English, at least in the UK. We would say simply "It's midnight", although sometimes we may say "it's 12 o'clock at night".

12 o' clock midday is midi (say mid - dee)
