Don't admit to anything if you said it was your fault the Officer will report give you the ticket for the accident. However, both parties have to make a statement and based on that the Police Officer will decided who is at fault. The accident and the license is two different charges and a lawyer is not neccesary if you have insurance. If noone was injured then is not a big deal and the only time your insurance will make a big deal is when they have to fix the other car not yours.

Doesn't matter if they have a license you're still at fault. Also depending on the damage it could lead to a police report being made and guess what it's going to show you're at fault and if that car is insured you're stuck.

It doesnt matter if the other driver has a license or not. You are still responsible for the damages you caused to their vehicle.

Both of you would get tickets and you would still be responsible for damages.

Yes but don't be slack, you even admit it was your fault.
Don't get your insurance involved, just pay what needs to be paid.

Do the right thing
