No, call your doctor! Unless the symptoms are severe, you can wait until normal office hours, but you should be feeling better by the time you have used up the medicine.

No, it's not normal. The fact you are feeling worse could indicate an allergy to the antibiotics. A sure sign of that is if you break out in hives and rashes while you are taking them.

IMHO, it's normal sometimes. It calls side effect.
For example : levofloxacin use for UTI sometimes give you nausea side effect.
Or when you had typhoid and take chloramphenicol or tiamphenicol or ciprofloxacin, whatever antibiotics you take will break salmonella's capsule and make the toxin flew out into our blood and cause high fever, nausea, etc.

But, if you're not sure, you better see your doctor.

It can be. when some bacteria die, they realease a toxin that makes sicker before you get better. Or you are allergic to the drug or having a side effect.

NO that is not normal. If you feel worse please update your doc as soon as the clinic is open.
