Mixed breed = mixed bag
No way to know for sure, but greyhounds make good family pets too so you might as well give the mix a shot. Provided the mix is from a shelter and you aren't paying some backyard breeder for the dog

Hey'a. Well, cross-breed versus purebred.....six of one and half a dozen of the other. In the overall view of things it really doesn't matter. Purebreds have their problems, as do x's. At the moment I have a purebred, but I've had plenty of crosses too. The two breeds in the dog you are looking at require a great deal of exercise so I would advice against purchasing the dog if you haven't the time to give good brisk exercise to the dog for at least 45 minutes, preferrably 1-1.5 hours. Most people don't give their dogs enough exercise which leads to a lot of the problems you hear about today. Remember the Greyhound is a sighthound and so will be triggered into chase mode if anything should flit across its line of sight, so a good recall while important with any breed will be of particular importance with a sight hound. Congratulations on getting your first dog.....have fun!

Both Boxers and Greyhounds are great dogs so I don't see how you could go wrong. Just read up on both breeds and be ready for any traits from either breed. As long as you are familiar with both breeds and like what you see, there is no reason to not go with the mixed breed.
Pure bred Boxers are great too, but like I said, if you like both Boxers and Greyhounds, there is no reason not to get it.

No, do not breed greater mixed breed canines. There are plenty contained in the shelters that still prefer residences, your guy or woman dogs is data of that! Pit bulls, boxers, and their mixes are especially basic in shelters through fact they are extreme capacity breeds and a brilliant style of persons don't comprehend this while they first get them, after that have behavioral issues through having an extraordinarily bored dogs and drop it off on the preserve while they don't comprehend what the concern is or the thank you to restoration it. Please do not make a contribution to this issue. The breed mixture may be customary, yet that doesn't make it proper to reproduce greater of them.

Well, are you actually purchasing this cross breed, or are you adopting? If you are adopting, then it's a great opportunity (and both of those breeds are marvelous!)
If it's a ''breeder'' who bred these breeds together and are asking a high price, then your money would be better spent purchasing a purebred Boxer.

if the "breeder" is selling the pup for silly money don't buy it
if it's a genuine accident it will probably be OK
