stupid "duh" look on their face. im not denzel washinbgton, so im not talking opposite sex type of stare. and its just sum peeople that stare like that. I would like to walk up to them and say.
"HEY WTF R U LOOKIN AT DUMBA**??"
but im not really that type of person.

Yeah, it is rude. But people still do it, sometimes they don't even realize they're staring.
The two best ways to stop a stare are:
1) go where the person can't see you.
or
2) look them in the eye.

I know what you mean! I think it's really rude when people won't stop staring at you. It especially annoys me when I'm out at a restaurant with friends or family. It makes me feel self conscious and I can't enjoy myself as much with some creep watching me! I'm pretty shy so I'd never say anything, but this happens to me all the time. People need to get lives!

I hate it when people stare at me with that "dazed" look on their face. You know, the one that looks like they're in another world? I can't stand that. I never just stare at someone for the heck of staring at them. I think it's rude, and it probably makes them feel uncomfortable.
And yeah, I'd like to go up to someone who is staring and say something like that to them also, lol.

Hey man, cool down, won't you ?! It's quite normal to look at others, you and I are just a part of nature, a part of surroundings, got it ?! So if you feel you shouldn't be looked at, I believe you should pay a visit to a shrink !

It's rude to stare but people will always do it. Not everyone has the manner and grace that you clearly do.

If you are aware that the person is staring at you, then you must be staring at them, too. They probably think that you are the one staring at them.
