Yes, she is still your daughter right? I am not sure what you are claiming her one, since it seems you won't have taxes to get back.

If you had no income for 2007, you don't have anything to claim. Most exemptions and credits can only reduce your tax, and yours would already be zero so there's nothing to reduce. The Earned Income Credit is refundable which means an eligible person gets it even if they don't owe any tax, but without any earned income you aren't eligible for it.

Claim her how? If you did not work, you had no income in 2007. You have nothing against which to claim her.

Claim her for what? If you didn't work and have no income you are not required to file a tax return. And filing one with $0 income is a waste of time as it will do nothing for you.
