OK my family and I are all going to Scotland in Aug. I need to find cheep tickets for both my daughter and myself. She will be 3 almost 4 at the time of the trip. I have looked at all of the travel sights and they are all really expensive, I have even contacted a travel agent and tickets for both of us are looking like $3,000+ for round trip! We are staying for 12 days, does anyone have any suggestions? I was hoping not to spend more than $2,000 but I know it is going to be more, I am just looking for the BEST deal.

There are several places that have really good rates. Go to Shermans Travel and Cheapflight Travel Deals and sign up for their newsletters. You will be able to find great rates especially for the summer.

Look at zoom airlines, they charge £200 from the UK to New York and other American destinations, which is uber cheap.
If you have never been to Scotland before YOU ARE GONNA LOVE IT, Edinburgh is amazing, and Glasgow is nice too. But the scenery take your breath away - i love it in Scotland soo much.
