Yes. You're not the only one who thinks and feels that way. But you have to look at it in a positive way. Maybe that someone admires something in you. I stare too (sometimes) especially when the person has some qualities that doesn't quite go with his/her physical appearance. I think staring is quite normal as long as it will not provoke any hostility or will not make the other person uncomfortable.

This happens to me a lot. I have low-self esteem that's why. But usually when I go up to ask them why they were staring, they usually say that I just looked so interesting and different. I'm not even sure if that's a good thing.
They're probably not even staring, but people like us are just paranoid like that.

NO, there's nothing wrong w/u...it's them ignorant people who has the problems...NOT YOU! I used to feel that way when people stare at me esp girls...damn biatches females gets all catty for no reason...But I'm learning that if they stare then heyyyy at least they notice you ;> think of it this way and always tell yourself how wonderfully made you are by our father, Jesus....You are unique and no one else is like you so don't let people who stare at you make you feel any less of yourself...who knows maybe they just really admire how good looking you are...So next time they stare smile w/your eyes w/so much confident as if you're saying out loud yes I know I'm hot keep looking...

Thats what I think when people stare at me, cause I don't think that there's anyway they like me (whether it be a guy in terms of general like or a girl in terms of romantically).
I am sure that it's not the right assumption though. Most likely they are staring at you because they stare in that direction often and you just happen to be there...or they actually are interested in you.
