I feel that way a lot of times, I do something a friend taught me years ago---give yourself permission to hide away under the covers for one day and then after that pull yourself up and face life head on!

Yes. Give into the feeling. Do it for two and one half days exactly no more, no less. Half way throught the end of the second full day follow these steps get up take a hot bath, get your toes done (male or female), reflect on what made you go into hibernation, vow to not ever let it get the best of you again. Then slowly eat the best ice cream sundae you every had. Only eat one, the next one will be used as a reward for not letting yourself get to this point when what ever put you there in the first place happens again. There is a term for this condition it's called life. This reconditioning period is called a weekend, it begins friday night and ends sunday. Good Luck!!!!

Oh yeah, I felt like that just this morning, but then you think about how silly it is to get so sad about stuff that doesn't even matter, stuff you'll look back on and laugh at. Sometimes I can feel really, really depressed, but I've already been down that road and it ain't pretty. I usually just laugh at how silly the problem is and how silly it is to get so sad about it. Laugh everday and find the motivation to get out of bed every morning and realize its a new day, a fresh start. Remember, you'll never get that day back so enjoy it while it last. Good luck! :)

Sometimes I feel like that... I usually get out of the mood because I have to get up and pee in the morning. Then I'm already up so I might as well start the day:)

All the time, then I think about what would happen if I did. Then I just push my self out of bed.
