what to say to someone that you love but not sure if they love me back?

I love you..thats alright if you dont feel the same way..im telling how i feel about you and me....

is there a better way of saying it

its a big and scary step but hearing it back is one of the most happiest moments of my life. It doesn't matter how you say it just say it with your heart and mean it. You statement sounds pretty good though.
