Spiritual...has lots of meanings to lots of different things to many people.....((not to me))
But disbelief is cut and dry , you either believe in something or you don't.....no shades of grey here my dear....
you might feel desire to believe something but your mind can wrestle it away...and you argue in your thoughts about it...and that would be called a 'struggle'.........

I think your question is convoluted. If you are spiritual, you believe in something. Your beliefs don't have to be something somebody is trying to force down your throat. I think many people have a personal relationship with a higher power and feel guilty about not aligning themselves with the establishment.

Being spiritual is about how you help, care about and LOVE all things and people. Many people are very spiritual and do not know it.
You don't have to believe in GOD to be as I described.

absolutely. I think the disbelief or un-belief comes from a false or incomplete idea of what or who God is. If you let go those limiting concepts maybe you'll find your path.

Sure: agnostic-theist or agnostic-atheist depending on which way you lean. Of you can go full agnostic if you believe knowledge of a deity or deities is inherently unknowable.

spirituality has a natural purpose... religions damage our natural relationship to our environments... when we leave religions and sense ourselves connected to something bigger than we are that is our natural connection to our enviroment... our connection to the living earth...

Belief and faith are not synonymous.
Spirituality and religion aren't either.

"Religion is for those who fear hell,
spirituality is for those who've been there."
