I would like to trade my car in on a new one that I have found at my dealer. Only prob is that I lost the title for mine. I know that I can send to harrisburg for a new one, but that will take weeks. Can I still trade it in, and can the dealer obtain one so he can sell it?

Yes, in fact, your dealer should be able to do it for you. You also may be able to do a titleless transfer, depending on the law in your state.
