Legally you can't.
No professional lab will risk doing it without a signed release.

Asking a question like this on a forum full of professional photographers is like walking up to a store owner and asking "How can I steal from you?"
Your photographer has put years into training, money into establishing a business, money into equipment, time into his skill and now all he wants to do is make a decent living.
Perhaps, if you really want copies and you find them too expensive for your budget, you can pay off a little at a time to get more copies the honest way.

No decent business will touch them without a release, for fear of being sued. Instead of asking for a release, which you might not get, just buy a few prints from the photographer. Photographers are people too, and have to make a living.

Very naughty.
Unless you have purchased the copyright on the photographs from the photographer (which is possible), the rights belong to him/her.
For you to get someone else to copy them is breach of copyright.

Spend the money on a good scanner, then you can do it over and over 300dpi (I can fix the scratches, folds, and color for you)
