Not give it to him. Stay away from him, have him reported, take him to court, depends on how he's doing it.

While there are agencys you can report them to, especially if its over the internet.....
Your best bet is 2 sever all contact, change your accounts and passwords, and learn a very valuable message/lesson.
No one will ever offer you something for nothing and there is no quick easy way to riches.
If a company wants you to verify something, call the number you have on record from past contacts or visit a local branch.
Or go to their official website through a search engine or records on your paperwork. DO NOT ever click on a blind link in an email.

If you can prove it, report him to the local police. They can press charges. But if he's good, they will never find him and he will go on and take advantage of other people.
Usually you have to mark it down as a lesson learned.
