My son used to do the same thing what I did was every night exactly at 9 (after I gave him a bath to calm his nerves) I put him in his bed with his bottle and the radio playing soft music and then crack the door and walk away!!! No matter how much he cried I would stay in the other room. I did the same thing at 1 for nap after a week he would be in the routine he would be asleep within as little as 2 minutes. Good luck it works.

I would suggest a set bedtime routine that is the same every night. Around 8pm I would give her a bath, get her jammies on. Give her that last bottle, and read her a couple of books. Darken the room. Put her in her crib, and turn on any musical/light crib toys you have. She should be nice and relaxed from the bath and books, and the soothing lights and music should help her drift off. Be patient. It may take a few nights, but she will eventually get used to the bedtime routine and it will get easier. Just keep lying her back down and tell her its night night time.

Rock her or nurse her to sleep, or put her in a sling or stroller and go for a walk until she drifts off. A routine is fine (e.g. warm bath, then milk, then soft music and rocking, then sleep), but don't expect a real schedule. If she's not ready for bed at 9, she's not ready.

my son hates sleeping during the day he knows when he has to go to sleep but it doesnt bother us cuz he sleeps from 7.30pm - 5 or 6am, also he just naturally puts himself to sleep at that time

With my son i would turn off all the lights and leave him playing in the dark, my and my husbo would act as if we were asleep even if he would cry, it's better if they tire themselves
