A macchiatto lungo in the mornings. It's a double shot of espresso coffee in a latte glass, with just a dash of hot milk and foam on top.
The espresso should smell divine, and have a thick layer of crema on top. The 50mL's of coffee should be from freshly ground beans, and not burnt, so it doesn't taste bitter. The milk should be creamy and dense, and just hot enough so after 30seconds you can start drinking. If it's too hot to drink after a minute, you know it's burnt and you won't be able to taste the natural sweetness of the milk (that's why sometimes people need to add more sugar than other times!).

Very dark, allot of creme (often the flavored kinds), and not too much sugar (so little it cannot be tasted, but to even out the bitterness of a strong coffee only)
I make my coffee in a french press with freshly ground beans only.

Extra Strong, so it's like drinking sludge... I will drink it black, or with cream and sugar...
but my favorite is at home...
starbucks - Sumatra, about half a pot full with the coffee grinds filled completely to the top of the filter... then a little bit of hazelnut creamer.
I like it strong... what can I say...

If it's good coffee (I particularly like mellow, dark blends) then just straight black. If it's weaker or more bitter coffee with a bit of milk, but almost never sugar.

Very HOT, drip-brewed coffee with 2% milk. YUM.
My husband: lukewarm instant Nescafe with lots of sugar and NO milk. (yech)

I like my coffe with sugar and milk or creamer. Hot in the mornings, cold in the afternoon or evening.
Starbucks Frappacinos are the best
