dijon seed or mustard seed, try mixing it with half a bottle of beer and salt and pepper

Most spreadable mustard is a combination of the dry product, and either wine or vinegar, so remember that if you use dijon(wine) or most every other(vinegar, it will taste different than the dry. The vinegar may helpin the marinating process. Marinades are typically an acid(lemon, lime,etc)olive oil, any number of herbs,and perhaps some Caro, Molasses, honey.Great recipes online

Just use regular dijon mustard.

A good marinade for steak is 1/4 cup of worcestershire (or soy sauce), garlic powder, salt and pepper

Or, olive oil and red wine

or a dry rub with pepper, rosemary, thyme and a dab of mustard
