It's unclear in most religions that include Heaven that those who are in Heaven will even be able to see those in Hell.
As for it being against someone's belief system, that's a personal question, something it's hard to get a definitive answer for when you ask an entire web community.

Hell is just an absence of the presence of God. Heaven is the opposite. Everyone in heaven will feel a very heavy loss for those not there. It's called Love.

Why choose to suffer?
You can go to heaven believing in Jesus Christ..
The Greatest Love Song
Do You Know Jesus
By Mike McCracken
(chorus)
Do you know Jesus?
And how He loves us
How He died just to save us
Just because, He loves us
Judas betrayed Him
Who once was His friend
They beat, flogged and scourged Him
To where He didn’t look human
A crown of thorns on His head
Just another place where He bled
Humiliated in every way
Why, they even tore His clothes away
And there wasn’t any time loss
To where, they made Him carry the cross
To drive nails through His hands
He’s more than just a man
And Jesus still loved them
After all they did to Him
He did this for us too
When He said, “Father forgive them,
for they know not what they do.”
Jesus said that there is no greater love that a man can give than that he lay down his life for another. Jesus did this for all those who believe. I wrote this out of the Bible so everyone will know how great God’s love is.

Hmmm....
The Bible has at least one very clear example that the people in hell can easily see the people in Heaven. However, it does NOT show that the people in Heaven can see those in hell. Which pretty much makes sense.
So, I'd have to say that "viewing" is one direction only.

What I would feel is tremendous pain for you, because you have the same opportunity all of us have to accept Jesus. It is so simple. You can do it all alone, with noone watching, and you don't even have to go to church. The bible says that "if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead you will be saved. It also says that whosover shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's it. It's not about your good works, or your good behavior, or trying to be perfect, it's about believing that Jesus died for you and took your punishment for all your sins, past, present and future. There is no joy in seeing people willingly chosing to spend their eternal life in hell. But know this, it can't just be words, you have to mean it, because God sees every thought, and knows everything about you. It can't be false. It must be from your heart.

The question remains - where did you get this idea from Scripture? We don't know that people can actually see Hell from Heaven.
But even if I could, I'm sure I would be too full of awe to pay any mind to anything but the glory of God.

Doesn't say anywhere that we will be able to see Hell from Heaven, and im assuming that we can't since it says that in Heaven that there will be much joy while in Hell there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

No because the sinners of the world have had and will have a chance every day to choose to come to Christ before they die,,
But because you don't know when your day will be the last ,,, Is why Christians preach the word of God to those who don't believe...
Those who have heard the word and haven't accepted Christ have only them self to blame.....

haha no when you're in heaven, you feel sadness at first because you feel really crappy about not whitnessing to more ppl, but afterwards, you are buisy worshiping God, and if you still dont get it (its really confusing) read revalations like 15 times and you might sort of understand. i mean, if you think about it, God has givin us so many chances, he sent his son to die so that me could just accept him, just accept him, thats all, then inherit his kingdom, but theres still people after all of this, and all these ppl telling them that wont listen, after giving youre life to Christ, you will still sin, but youre forgiven and your sins are washed away, but if you never get saved then you are dragging all your sins with you, and God cant be with sin, because sin is completely against him, youre not really burning in hell, but its eternal separation from God, and whether those ppl realize it, separation from God is hell. and thats where they have to go since they were to stubborn to listen to the disiciples of God here on Earth.. aka Christians. so yeah, you have youre chance, and whlile its sad that youll (if you dont get saved) be there, but if all those ppl were with god, how fair would that be? they dont give a care about him even after the gave them air to breath, a life, and a chance to be with him!
