Abraham -- An man from Ur that God spoke to. Father of Isaac.
Moses -- (means drawn from the water) Prophet that lead the Hebrews out of Egypt, the house of bondage. Authored the first five books of the bible.
Covenant means contract. The covenant between God and Jacob (grandson of Abraham) is documented in the Old Testament. The covenant is with Jacob (Israel) and his descendants. Israel means a person (Jacob), a country (the promised land), and a people (the Jews).
Monotheism and Polytheism are two Greek words meaning one God and many Gods.
Answer: Try these for now. Study more and make up your own.

Abraham: originally Abram, from Ur of the Chaldees (ancient Sumer, modern day Iraq). He was chosen directly by God to be the ancestor of the nation of Israel (Genesis, chapters 12 and following). He was the father of Isaac, Ishmael, and several others but Isaac was the child of promise. Read the chapters in Genesis and you'll see what I mean. You can also get a thumbnail sketch of Abraham, one of the few to ever be called the Friend of God, in Hebrews chapter 11.
Moses: a child of the tribe of Levi (see the early chapters of Exodus for the whole story). When Pharaoh (Egypt's king and more) ordered all Hebrew boy babies destroyed, his mother tried to hide him as long as she could. When it became impossible, she put him in a waterproof basket hoping for the best. And it did: an Egyptian princess found the baby and made sure he didn't die. After many years, Moses was sent back to Egypt to lead Israel to the land of promise. Again, see Hebrews 11.
A covenant is basically a contract. When God made a covenant, He promised to do certain things at certain times with no duty on the other's part. There were about 7 of these covenants. I can't list them here, but if you find an original Scofield Reference Bible (maybe at the library?) they'll be spelled out for you.
Monotheism: worship of only one god; polytheism: worship of several gods/goddesses/deities, etc.

To understand who Abraham is, I'd recommend reading the middle section of the book of Genesis. If I recall correctly, Abram (who later became Abraham) will be found starting around the 9th or 10th chapters.
Moses is found in the early chapters of Exodus, although he is part of several books of the Bible.
A covenant can still exist today. A covenant is a lasting promise between people and God. For instance, in the Christian religion, we refer to marriage as a covenant of marriage. What that means is that God marries the couple (the minister simply officiates) and that the couple is bound together in matrimony.

As people above have said.
Also, Moses is regarded as the author of the first 5 books of the Bible, so is arguably one of the most influential people of all time.
