No, you're way too young. I'm in college now and I could never see myself dating someone who's still in high school. It's too much of a transitional time.

There's always a chance, but I wouldn't put money on it happening. College is so different from high school, I generally see a lot more guys breaking up with their girlfriends in high school than getting new ones.
