LOS ANGELES!

2007-12-10 15:20:03 · answer #1 · answered by cookiemonster 1 · 0 2

All of these areas are technically Los Angeles. Malibu and Beverly Hills are incorporated cities within LA County.

Malibu and Beverly Hills are the two most expensive areas in Los Angeles. Malibu has ranches, is on the beach and is a bear of a commute into most parts of the city but makes up for it with a small town feel and stunning views with mild weather. Beverly Hills is fast-paced because of it's placement in the heart of the city. Expect to see flashier cars, homes and much more gridlock but you would be in closer proximity (ie less driving time) to most destinations within the city.

If I had a choice I would choose Beverly Hills, Malibu is to out of the way for me, and LA even in the nice areas you still have to deal with the City of LA govt.

I would say Beverly Hills. Parts of LA are dangerous. In parts of Malibu, subject to floods. None of that in Beverly Hills(oh, except north of Sunset Blvd.). I used to live in Brentwood(not far from Beverly Hills). That and Pacific Palisades are nice places to live.. Good luck.. The OC (Orange County) is a really nice place to live. That is where I live. Not so many people as in LA..

Malibu and Beverly Hills are honestly the big plus to me.They're more expensive but remember more you pay best you have!!
In contrast, I don't like Los Angeles because of traffic, a lot cholos and gangs........etc

I believe it's a matter of preference. If I had the means, I would proably prefer Malibu.

Comparing the two to "Los Angeles" really doesn't apply. LA is so big. What part of LA do you mean? Brentwood? East LA? Pacoima? Pacific Palisades? It's all one big city, but very different.

There are over 80 Incorporated communities in Los Angeles County. Why restrict your choices to just those three cities?

Malibu if you like residential, small beach towns filled with expensive boutiques.

Los Angeles if you like that big city feel.

Beverly Hills if you want that upscale, haute couture shopping lifestyle.
