Try using the pumice stone to scrub gently and the whitening soap.

Have you always had the dots, or is this something recent? You didn't mention your age, but they sound like age spots or liver spots, or if your skin is fair, they could just be freckles. If you've been a sun worshipper in the past, it could be sun damage. After repeated sunburns, the melanin, or the coloring agent in your skin can get flawed, and instead of a nice even tan, random dark spots can occur. Have you tried any of the bleaching creams that contain hydroquinone or kojac? They can gradually lighten the spots so they are less noticeable, but don't fade them away completely. Also, if you're using the creams, be sure to generously apply sunscreen to prevent further spots from appearing. You can also use concealers that are especially formulated for use on different parts of the body.
