High risk drinking is harmful use of alcohol in certain levels that can possibly cause any harm or danger.

For examples:
>> 10 or more (for male)/5 or more (for female) standards drinks in ONE day is HIGH RISK for short-term harm.
>> 5 or more standard drink DAILY is a HIGH RISK for long-term harm.
