Depends on what you wanna do and how old your kids are. I would say LA is a good place cause you got Disneyland, Universal Stuidos, Beaches, Hollywood etc. If you're coming from Australia than you can get that non-stop flight. But if you got more time take the family to Orlando. I think thats an awesome city for kids. Disneyworld, Universal, Wet n Wild, all types of things for kids. Beach is like an hour away. I'm living in Las Vegas which I see a few kids out here. But not soo much for kids except video games and maybe a couple shows for the family. Perfect place for the parents though.
