Yes, some men really do enjoy romantic movies. Generally, however, romantic movies are geared much more toward females and their preferences so many guys would likely choose a different genre.

If my girlfriend wants to watch a romantic movie with me then yeah I'm all for it and I'll enjoy it too....well some parts of it other parts of a romantic movie are just too damn boring so I'll end up making jokes during those. lol

I do as long as there is a plot. But more so when im with a great woman. Remember most of the movies are written by men. Why wouldnt men like romantic movies? Thre are romantics out there. A lot of guys wont admit it but a lot of guys wont admit they cry. Ill admit the movies but not crying its not my style

Actually, some do.
It really depends on the kind of man you meet. Some men like romantic movies, others wouldn't be caught dead watching them... so it just depends on the personality of the man.
My man will watch anything with me regardless if it's a chick flick and what not because I am willing to watch action movies and movies with a lot of gore (like Smokin' Aces and Saw and Hostel).

Yes they do. although there are some who'd rather watch hard action or porn(hehe, what guy doesn't?) the thing is, they also have sensitive side, others wan't to suppress it for their belief that some women might get turned off, or it's not very manly. i respect men who aren't afraid to show a bit of their softee side. it makes them more approachable and more comfortable relating to.

In my experience, guys like romantic movies if they are funny. If they're long, sappy, or drag, they tend to lose interest. I wouldn't reccomend "Sweet November", but I would reccomend "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days".

I like romantic movies, although i draw the line when it goes into "extremely Dramatic" mode then i loose all interest.

I'm kinda so-so on romatic movies is general. but I do have a fondness for romantic comedies (Pretty Woman, anything with Goldie Hawn, et al).
