Me too Curtis....
I think that whatever is on your mind constantly should be pursued and studied, whether its automechanics or religion.
Maybe youre being called to a ministry?

You are just searching for the truth. I went thru something similar until I found my truth. In the meantime, keep searching. Don't get obsessed though, but do read, read, and read some more. The hardest part for me is that I really did want to believe in God, so it was a little crazy for me when I finally had to accept the truth (my truth, anyway) that there is no God. It was alot to take on and alot to let go of. But mostly very liberating. I was rather upset at myself for having been bamboozled for all those years, but pleased with myself for having the diligence, perseverance, and critical thinking that allowed me to see the truth. It's all good now. At least I know that it's not that I just wasn't holding my tongue right! Prometheus Books publishes some excellent critiques on religion. One of the best books I've ever read, that reflected on the thoughts in my heart, was "God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything" by Christopher Hitchens.

Christ died for your sins on the cross and although it cost him His life and He resurrected, there is no cost to you. Often times people have a hard time accepting that the Lord would give them such a great gift of salvation. If you truly believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and is resurrected then you need to pray to God and ask Jesus into your heart. Tell Him that you love him and know He died on the cross for your sins and you want Him to come into your heart as your personal Lord and Savior and be saved. And really mean it when you pray it. You have to want to be saved and have faith in Him. And you can say it in your own words too. If you have never prayed this prayer then you most likely are not saved. You just have to have faith. Christ is convicting you when He is telling you that He is real and He did die for your sins. Don't let the devil convince you otherwise. Pick up your Bible and read it so that you can learn more about our Savior Jesus Christ died for us.
John 14:6 "Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really knew me then you would know the Father as well."
If you need more help then just keep asking or contact your pastor.

There are continuously options; recommendations to options and definite, outcomes to options. on a daily basis provides new options and recommendations. Why deny your self the prospect for a clean day and greater recommendations? Even undesirable or hard to stay with ones. I wager you the persons who have been murdered on Sept. 11, 2001 might like the prospect even for an added day, despite if it meant being unhappy. additionally, existence is what we make it, not what the others in our existence make it. in case you're desperate to be depressed then you definately would be. Smile - particularly the worldwide isn't as undesirable because it kind of feels, and day after today is mostly a clean day for clean options and stories. Be around to savor or hate them :o) as nicely, what if contained sooner or later you treatment maximum cancers or something? you have have been given to be around to do it then!!

I have done the exact same thing almost all of my life.
you are a called spiritual leader.
the knowledge is in you that an answer exists out there.
stop looking, you will drive yourself nuts. with every answer there are 3 more questions. STOP. BREATHE. find your balance and accept the fact that there are no answers.
you will never find your answers so accept life as it is and live it. spread peace and love where ever you go and live for this moment, right now.
when you stop looking, my friend, your answer will find you.
trust me, stop seeking and it will find you.
*If you can not find it inside you, where else could it be?*
