Nope. I think that it's the other way around - being fat makes you see what it feels like to be ostracized and you are sensitive to the emotions that others feel because of that.

If you are fat as you say and overweight the eating can be a symptom of something more serious going on in your life. Find out and do the work and you might get some relief.

For some, yes. Being emotional, depressed, etc.....some peple turn to food for comfort. That's their "drug" of choice. Some people use drugs or alcohol, some people gamble, some go shopping. For some, food is their only comfort.

nah! Ive been both and know many who are both as many of you do to .
I think it depends on the person's and also if some one is ridicule about their size or feel insecure yea' it can make one very sensitive with good reason to be!

Some people eat more because they are lonely or depressed. Not true for everybody who is overweight though.

i would say yes since most experts say...that people associate eating with their feelings...have you ever broken up with someone or lost someone and just ate because you did'nt know what else to do?

will it might because when you are sad your food won't digest very fast and you have a better chance of gaining weight
