I am a Christian and i do beleive in a literal interpretation of the Bible. I ask that only serious answers be given from a Biblical perspective. I would prefer only students of the Bible answer. There are actually more than a few questions here.
1. What made humans sinful? (not the sin of eating forbidden fruit but what inner mechanic made us sinful)
2. How did sin come to exist? God created all things. A long held Christian belief is that God can creat nothing bad (evil). Sin had to originate somwhere.
3. Were Adam and Eve created with or without the disposition to sin? Where did this disposition come from? Is it inherent in Human Free will?
4. Was it sin when the Angels in Heaven rebelled? I am going to assume, yes. So, did sin exist before man?

Sin did exist before man was created. One third of the Angels in Heaven followed Lucifer in a rebellion against God. Their is a Scripture in Ezekiel that said iniquity was found in Lucifer.
He said he would be like the Most High and exalt him self above God.
Adam and Eve where created perfect without sin. Everything that God created is perfect. Parts of Gods creation is made with a free will. The reason sin came to exist is because creatures with free will broke some rules of free will. Look at the punishment of man kind and you will see our sin effected other parts of creation to. The ground was cursed.
God put these rules into place because he did not want a robot to love him but a free willed created being.
Eve said that the serpent trick her to think that they could be like God or to be wise. The inner mechanic of trying to out do the rules set forth. The sin of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life made humans sinful.
I asked my daughter why she thought God put theTree of the knowledge of good in evil in the garden of Eden. This question made me think about some of the question you asked.
I hope this helps you

i am a muslim answering this from an islamic point of view.yes sin did exist before man.creatures called jen in the kuran were created way before man, satan among them, who were given the ability chose weather 2 obbey or disobbey God.when Adam was made satan said why should i do sajde(a kind of showing great respect i donno what the english word for it is)for him like the angels do?i am made of fire and he is made of soil,i am better than him.so he disobbeyed god and sinned.but the angels r designed in a way that they can only obbey god.they don;t have the power 2 chose.humans and jens do.english speakers often think the kuran means genies by the word jen but they actually call these things spirits and people c them sometimes.it has been gods will 2 make these 2 (jens and men)in a way that they can chose weather 2 sin or not and we will bw together in hell and heaven.

1. Disobedience to God made man sinful
2. Man was created with a free will. He choose to disobey and his action were sinful.
3. They were created innocent with no knowledge of sin. That would be without a disposition to sin. The disposition developed after man had sin and the sinful nature of man was passed down through the seed of man. Man now is innocent at birth as before but with a sinful nature pron to sin.
4. It was sinful for angels to rebel. Yes, but there is no forgiveness with angels as man has forgiveness through Christ.

Sin is do whatever is against God´s will.

As soon as we do something he doesn´t intended for us without his aproval then we are sinning.

Angels sinned after Adam and Eve, the first one was the Cherubim that according to Ezekiel 28:11-15 rebelled in the gardem of Edem (Satan)

free will?

I don't know, apparently he didn't create original evil, but can create new evil. Isaiah 45:7 Who forms light and creates darkness, Who makes peace and creates evil; I am the Lord, Who makes all these.

i don't know.

i think sin predated man, but the rebellion was probably a long time after creation.
