roll out biscuits for the crust,
then scrambled eggs,
then your favorite meat,
finally, top with cheese (white or yellow) then bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
You can also add hashbrowns or potatoes, but add the pre cooked ones. Otherwise, you will have to cook it forever.

Medium white sauce 1 cup milk 2 T butter 2 T flour 1/2 tsp salt You can use cream if you want more of an Alfredo sauce. Melt fat, stir in flour and then add liquid...stir constantly on low heat...wait until it boils. Add salt, remove from heat. Might want to add Parmesan cheese or other spices if making this for pizza...if you want a thicker sauce, use more flour. Or as someone else suggested, buy some Alfredo Sauce...that will work just fine.

BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 (8 oz.) tube crescent rolls
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
5 eggs, well beaten
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Lay crescent rolls with points toward center in pan. Press with fingers to cover pan. Brown sausage - drain. Put everything over the rolls - then pour eggs over top. Top with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 lb. bulk hot breakfast sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
3 eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown sausage and drain. Combine Bisquick with water to form a soft dough. Pat onto a 12 inch pizza pan. Spoon sausage over crust; put hash browns over sausage followed by Cheddar cheese. This much can be prepared the night before.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Depress center of pizza so eggs form a pool when poured into the inside. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over egg pool. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream and Tabasco.

I use sausage gravy as a sauce for mine most of the time. I also like to use cheddar cheese sauce. Top with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, bacon and cheese. I have used regular pizza dough for crust, crescent rolls, don't care much for biscuits, they make it too thick to suit me. fun to experiment with.

for brkfst pizza I used cressent rolls, cut up fav fruits and use fav low sugar preserves for "sauce" drizzle cream cheese frosting over the top and enjoy. Follow the directions for the cressents to the end and just warm up the fruit a bit dont actually cook it, unless you really want it warm then maybe 5-10 mins in oven

use a bagel for the crust. Pizza sauce for sauce. Top with your choices, my fav is ham/pineapple/mushrooms and of course, lotsa mozza
**also works with english muffins, but you might wanna toast these first, they tend to get a little soggy
